Zack Snyder’s Take on Robert Pattinson’s Batman Movie will Amaze!
The Justice League director is showing his excitement for Matt Reeve’s ‘The Batman’ and Robert Pattinson’s performance as the millionaire playboy Bruce Wayne. Zack Snyder introduced the most recent onscreen Batman, Ben Affleck, with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Initially, Ben Affleck being cast as Batman wasn’t well-received, but fans grew to love Snyder’s version. Others even saying Batfleck has the best onscreen batsuit.
Affleck was set to write, direct and star in his solo Batman movie, but left due to some personal issues. Warner Bros. then decided to take a different direction with Batman and hired Matt Reeves. ‘The Batman’ production shut down due to the pandemic earlier this year. Reports say it’ll resume filming in September. Matt Reeve’s intends to focus more on Batman being a detective in a Batman Halloween story line from the comic books.
‘The Batman’ will resume in September according to Kris Tapley, host of Netflix’s The Call Sheet podcast, but will not be shooting on location. “All locations scrapped”. All the necessary sets will be built inside a studio. There were no further details given, but it’s probably pretty clear this was because of the pandemic.
While talking to Grace Randolph about his upcoming cut of Justice League, Snyder briefly spoke about the different directions happening within the DCEU, including Reeve’s Batman. Snyder shared his enthusiasm saying, “I’m super excited about that, by the way.” He said he thinks Reeves is “an amazing filmmaker,” and that “Robert’s cool.“
Both directors are getting a chance to show their versions of Batman. Reeve’s with the Pattinson Batman and Snyder finally getting his chance to show what he intended for Justice League Batman.
