The Walking Dead fans are being treated to six bonus episodes this season, set to begin airing on AMC on Feb. 28, and now, we know the titles of those special Season 10 episodes.
According to Comicbook.com, the first of those episodes will be called “Home Sweet Home” and features Maggie (Lauren Cohan) who comes face to face again with Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), the man who killed her husband. The episode picks up right where the finale left off, in the aftermath of the Whisperer War.
The next episode is titled, “Find Me,” and explores what happens when Connie (Lauren Ridloff) was separated from the group when the cave collapsed, before being discovered by Virgil (Kevin Carroll).
In the third bonus episode, titled “One More,” Terminator 2 star Robert Patrick joins the cast as Mays, who has a memorable encounter with Aaron (Ross Marquand) and Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam) inside a sporting goods store.
Next up is “Splinter,” where we see what happened when Eugene (Josh McDermitt), King Ezekiel (Khary Payton), Yumiko (Eleanor Matsuura) and Princess (Paola Lazaro) were captured in Charleston, West Virginia on their way to meet Stephanie (Margot Bingham).
Bonus episode 7 is called “Diverged” and episode 8 is the much-anticipated “Here’s Negan” which is based on the popular comic book mini-series of the same name, and features the backstory of Negan and his wife, Lucille. It’s already been announced that Morgan’s real-life wife Hillarie Burton will play Negan’s wife. Will this explain why Negan became the man he did in the apocalypse?
All of these bonus episodes were shot in Georgia under strict safety guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and will air before The Walking Dead returns later in 2021 with the first half of its 11th and final season.
