The New Mutants which is the final X-Men movie from the 20th Century Fox studio is bringing its cast and directors to Comic-Con@Home. The panel takes place on July 23, 2020 at 2pm. The teaser above previews the panel, which will have Maisie Williams, Anya Taylor-Joy, Charlie Heaton, Alice Braga, Blu Hunt, and Henry Zaga along with director Josh Boone and moderated by Ira Madison III.
The New Mutants Panel Coming To Comic-Con@Home
Its original release date was back in April 2018. Fox pushed it to February of the following year. Then to August 2019. When Disney purchased Fox, it moved to April 3rd of this year, but the pandemic happened so they had move the date again. The current release date is now August 28, 2020. Hopefully, it sticks this time around.
Marvel Studios will be sitting out this event, but Disney will still bring a Marvel movie to the Comic-Con @ Home schedule. San Diego Comic-con, the annual, world-wide pop-culture gathering, has been cancelled for the first time in 50 years. A virtual convention is better than nothing. We’ll just have to wait until 2021 to get into that cosplay again, but who says you can’t wear it at home during the virtual event!
