Amazon Prime’s The Boys final season 2 trailer shows some epic action footage. The satirical superhero show became one of 2019’s favorite programs to watch on streaming. Adapted from Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson’s comic, the first season brought a new (and very violent) take to the superhero movie genre. It’s probably safe to speculate that the second season will amp up everything from the first season like the blood and gore. Check out the trailer below:
From the trailer footage, looks like the stakes are higher with new threats for our heroes and anti-heroes to deal with. There’s Stormfront – a new superhero – who may not be as genuine as she seems. Then there’s a super- terrorists army hellbent on making everyone’s lives miserable.
And our favorite most wanted “criminals” – Hughie (Jack Quaid), Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso), and Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) – are back with a new mission. To look for Butcher’s wife, who was revealed to be alive at the end of the first season. They also aim to take down Vought who’s holding Butcher’s wife captive. Starlight may be joining this side to team up with Hughie.
The Boys final season 2 trailer looks like it’ll give us more gore, stunts, betrayal, and government conspiracies. Are you excited for season 2?
