The Book of Boba Fett Episode 6 took Star Wars fan service into hyperspace. While Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison) prepares to take control for Tatooine’s underworld from the Pyke Syndicate, a handful of powerful allies were gathered by fate to fight alongside Boba Fett.

Chapter 6: From the Desert Comes a Stranger featured multiple Star Wars characters from different shows. Because Dave Filoni helmed the episode, many of the cameos came straight out of Star Wars Animated series Clone Wars, Rebels, and The Bad Batch.

Every Star Wars Character Cameo in The Book of Boba Fett Episode 6

Cobb Vanth played by Timothy Olyphant

Olyphant’s Cobb Vanth first appeared in the first episode of The Mandalorian Season 2. Vanth, the Marshal of Tatooine settlement of Mos Pelgo, obtained Boba Fett’s armor from the Jawas. Din Djarin helped Vanth save Mos Pelgo and the local Tusken Raiders from the Krayt dragon, a desert monster, wreaking havoc on Mos Pelgo. In return, Vanth had to return the Mandalorian armor he had not rightfully earned.

In The Book of Boba Fett episode 6, Din Djarin asked Cobb to fight alongside Boba Fett. Unfortunately, a Pyke Syndicate mercenary named Cad Bane (more on him later) wounded Cobb during a stand off.

    The Mandalorian — Din Djarin

Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) had The Book of Boba Fett episode 5 dedicated to him. Episode 6 also featured Mando and his journey to reconnect with Grogu a.k.a. Baby Yoda. Din eventually joins up with Fett’s crew to prepare for war against the Pyke Syndicate for control of Tatooine.

    R2-D2

If there’s the most iconic and memorable droid in the entire Star Wars Universe, it would be R2-D2.

In The Book of Boba Fett episode 6, R2 is overseeing the ant-droid army building Luke Skywalker’s first Jedi school. R2 greets Din Djarin but has him wait. Din wakes up to another Jedi — Ahsoka Tano.

    Luke Skywalker

Luke returns for a longer cameo in The Book of Boba Fett episode 6. Mark Hamill is credited, but Luke was physically portrayed by a new actor named Graham Hamilton. Luke’s voice in the episode was not recorded by Hamill. Instead a program called Respeecher, combining archival material and recordings of Hamill’s performances as a young man and creating a sound bank to put together Luke’s lines.

Luke has begun training Grogu on the site of what will be the first new Jedi school. Being uncertain about Grogu’s Jedi path, Luke makes him choose between the way of the Jedi or the way of the Mandalorian.

    Grogu

Grogu — Baby Yoda — started his Jedi training under Luke Skywalker. In The Book of Boba Fett episode 6, we got a flashback showing Grogu was a youngling that escaped the Jedi Temple on Coruscant during Order 66. Grogu also learned about old Yoda for the first time and was given a lightsaber. Din Djarin left Grogu a Beskar chain armor which Luke believes could bring him back to Mandalorian life.

Ahsoka Tano Played By Rosario Dawson

Ahsoka Tano made her first live-action debut in The Mandalorian season 2. Ahsoka is Anakin Skywalker’s former Padawan and was the hero of the Clone Wars. In The Book of Boba Fett episode 6, Ahsoka helped Din Djarin realize that his presence will only distract Grogu’s path to becoming a Jedi.

Fans finally got to see Ahsoka Tano meet with her master’s son, Luke Skywalker for the first time in Star Wars Universe history. Rosario Dawson will reprise her Ahsoka Tano role in her own Disney+ series titled Ahsoka, which could debut sometime in 2022.

    Cad Bane

One of the most infamous bounty hunters in the Star Wars Universe has just made their live-action debut in The Book of Boba Fett episode 6. Cad Bane has been pivotal in all major Star Wars animated shows: Clone Wars, Rebels, and The Bad Batch.

Cad Bane has major connections to events and characters in the Star Wars Universe, including being Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi’s nemesis, a partner/employee of Palpatine and Count Dooku, mentored by bounty hunter Jango Fett and mentoring Boba Fett. Cad Bane is also a rival of Fennec Shand during the time he was assigned to kill Boba’s secret clone sister, Omega.

In The Book of Boba Fett episode 6, Cad Bane is working for the Pyke Syndicate and it’s expected he will have a bloody reunion with Fennec during the finale on Disney+.
