The Spider-Man: No Way Home second trailer premiered Tuesday evening at a fan event in Los Angeles with Tom Holland and online. The Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures third Spider-Man film is a month away and the latest trailer just gave fans more Spidey content to be excited about.
Spider-Man: No Way Home Trailer 2 Details
In the Spider-Man: No Way Home second trailer, Peter Parker (Tom Holland) winds up dealing with the trouble he usually creates. Wanting to undo the chaotic life he now lives after his true identity was exposed by Mysterio at the end of 2019’s Spider-Man: Far From Home, Peter seeks the help of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch). But his eagerness and indecisions rips open the multiverse and unleashes villains from previous Sony Spider-Man films.
The villains that Holland’s Peter Parker must now face include Willem Dafoe’s Green Goblin from Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, Alfred Molina’s Otto Octavius from Maguire’s Spider-man 2, Thomas Hayden Church’s Sandman from Maguire’s Spider-Man 3, Rhys Ifan’s Lizard from Andrew Garfield’s The Amazing Spider-Man, and Jamie Foxx’s Electro from The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The Spider-Man: No Way Home second trailer reveals all these villains but primarily focusing more on Doctor Octopus and Green Goblin.
Because of the appearances of the multiple villains from the different Spider-Verses, fans have been led to believe that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield versions of Peter Parker will come swinging into action to help Holland’s Spider-Man.

At a fan event in Los Angels to launch the Spider-Man: No Way Home second trailer, Holland made an appearance and hinted at the possibility that a scene like that can happen by referring to filming a “true moment in cinematic history.”

Then referring to the Spider-Man: No Way Home second trailer, Holland said, “Trust me when I say that that is the tip of the iceberg.”
