Big Glasgow Comic Page (BGCP), an organization that runs a series of comic-con events across all of Scotland, is finally bringing its convention to Perth for the first time. The event will be held at the Dewars Centre on August 28, 2021 from 10am-4pm.
In the upcoming year alone, BGCP plans to hold over a dozen comic conventions, with Perth being one of the most highly anticipated locations. Perth, a city in central Scotland, had previously never been on the list of featured locations for BGCP Comic-Cons, however, after countless requests from fans, the event has made it to Perth at last. BGCP encourages fans from all over the country to attend the city’s first-time event.
The Perth Comic-Con will include a variety of themed activities for fans of all ages. Traders, writers, and artists from some of the most popular comic book and studio franchises, like Marvel and DC, are set to appear at the city’s first ever convention.
Perth’s comic con will feature workshops, classes, and other fun activities designed to entertain wide range of audiences and fans.
It’s recommended event goers dress up as their favorite characters and register for the various activities before they fill up. Only a limited number of spaces are available for purchase.
BGCP conventions are well-known for the memorable experiences they create, and with featured events like a Disney sing-along, make your own slime, design your own comic, and Jurassic class, the first ever Perth Comic-Con is sure to make history.
Standard tickets are £2.00, admitting one person over the age of 10, tickets for children under 10 years old are free. Tickets, classes, and workshops for the Perth Comic-Con are available at BGCP’s official website. You can also check out the promo below:
