DC FanDome 2021 is here and DC Comics fans will have access to a flurry of virtual panels, performances and trailers. The virtual pop-culture event takes place Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET.
The free DC event puts together stars and creators of DC properties including feature films, TV shows, games and comics. DC FanDome offers attendees breaking news, exclusive trailers, and never-before-scene footage of its upcoming projects. DC FanDome 2021 will be streaming on its official website in addition to DC’s Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook accounts.
DC FanDome 2021 includes appearances from Robert Pattinson, John Cena, Dwayne Johnson, filmmakers J.J. Abrams and Ava DuVernay, Peacemaker creator James Gunn, Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins, Flash star Ezra Miller, Shazam! Fury of the Gods actor Zachary Levi, and Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom stars Jason Momoa and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.
At DC FanDome, fans can expect to see the new trailer of The Batman starring Robert Pattinson. The Batman director Matt Reeves has been putting content on social media ahead of the premiere of the new trailer. Clips from DC League of Super-Pets, behind-the-scenes footage of Jason Momoa in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, and Zachary Levi’s Shazam! Fury of the Gods will also be shown. Fans will also get the chance to see a first look at Dwayne Johnson in his DC film, Black Adam.
Back in September, Robert Pattinson teased what fans can expect from The Batman during DC FanDome 2021, telling Angelique Jackson from Variety, “Me and Zoë [Kravitz] did some stuff. It’s a fun little thing. There are lots of little surprises for it.”
Dc will also show footage from some of its upcoming video games like Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Gotham Knights, the co-op Arkham Asylum-style game.
The full schedule of the event is available on the DC FanDome website. Registration is not required to join, but pre-registration is necessary to view the full schedule ahead of the event’s launch.
See you at DC FanDome 2021.
