Is the Star Wars Galactic Senate coming to real life? It appears so. At least in the form of a movie theater. A new concept art theater design has been making its way around the internet. And it looked very familiar to Star Wars fans. The French-based theater concept looks like the Galactic Senate on Coruscant. The place where all Star Wars galactic politics is decided. “Whereas all the cinemas built for more than 50 years now are similar and reproduce the same seating arrangement of the audience, this concept of movie theater creates a cinematographic experience at the same time intimate, spectacular, and immersive, where every seat in the house is the best seat in the house,” Chican says on the company’s website.

The circular, balcony-type group seating is very similar to the Star Wars Galactic Senate. Just with more seats. They didn’t have Covid-19 issues on Coruscant so need for social distancing.
