WANDAVISION Trailer: Looks Like The Show Uses Different Eras of TV

    WandaVision Premieres on Disney+

The next piece of Marvel filmmaking is WandaVision on Disney+. During Sunday night’s 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards, the WandaVision trailer debuted and it looked very interesting, yet very different from previous Marvel films.

In the past, most Marvel Studios films have stayed uniform when it came to the the look and feel of their movies. Every so often, they may depart from their uniform approach with movies like Guardians of the Galaxy. Based off the WandaVision trailer, it looks like Marvel will use styles from different eras of TV.

Check out the WandaVision trailer below:

You can see they borrowed the styles that remind of us shows from the 1950’s. You see Debra Jo Rupp and Fred Melamed as a ’50s married couple and friends to Wanda and Vision. Reminiscent of shows like I Love Lucy. Then you get a little bit of the 70’s all the way through to what it looks like the 80’s.

WandaVision looks like it’ll follow Wanda and Vision as they try to live a normal life after fighting stone stealing cosmic villains trying to eradicate half of the galaxy. This is all based off the first trailer. No answer to how Vision is even alive after Thanos ripped the mind stone from Vision’s forehead. We’re not even sure if the style of different tv eras will uphold throughout the episodes? We’ll just have to wait and see when the show debuts or at least when we get more WandaVision trailers.

WandaVision’s release date is yet to be released. The show will be exclusive to Disney+.
