After the news of Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman passing away on Friday, August 28th, due to a 4-year battle with colon cancer, tributes began pouring in on social media. Fans globally remember the popular actor’s roles and movies. Boseman, 43, had portrayed Black American icons onscreen including Jackie Robinson, James Brown, and Thurgood Marshall. Of course, comic book fans know him as T’Challa aka Black Panther, which is Marvel Studios’ first movie to feature a Black American lead role.
