After the underwhelming end to the sequel trilogy with Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, fans were left with a bad taste in their mouth. Fortunately, with the collaborative minds of Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni and Deborah Chow, The Mandalorian series and the entire live-action Star Wars Universe is in good hands. At this years, D23 Expo, Lucasfilm released The Mandalorian Season 3 trailer and other upcoming projects.

The Mandalorian Season 3 follows the events of The Book of Boba Fett. Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) was featured in the miniseries that centered on iconic bounty hunter. We see Grogu choosing to return to Din Djarin after previously training with Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.

Grogu and the Mandalorian left Tatooine to go on a quest to visit “the living waters” under the planet Mandalore where he can regain his honor and become a Mandalorian again. He’ll face many obstacles on his journey with the The Mandalorian Season 3 trailer teasing a battle between Din Djarin and others of his kind. You can check out the trailer below.

Lucasfilm head Kathleen Kennedy brought the cast of Andor to the D23 Expo stage including Diego Luna, Genevieve O’Reilly, Adria Arjona, Stellan Skarsgård, Forest Whitaker and Kyle Soller. The Andor trailer, which debuted online, is just a tease of what Expo audiences saw live.

Andor season 1 will have 12 episodes, followed by a second season that is already in development. It will also have 12 episodes and is rumored to lead directly into Rogue One. Andor starts September 21, 2022 on Disney+. Check out the latest Andor trailer below.
